Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Conditions

Courier deliveries take place during standard business hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If delivery to a residential address during working hours is not possible, we recommend using a work address.

In such cases, Hydraa reserves the right to decline delivery. If this occurs, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location and the delivery method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address, delivery method and order size. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delays or failed deliveries may occur, and Hydraa may not be able to assist in these situations.

Orders Lost in Transit
In rare cases where a parcel is lost in transit by the courier, Hydraa will arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible while we handle the matter directly with the courier. Customers will not be required to engage with the courier company in such instances.
